Walt Pratt Memorial
In Trip Report #27, on May 12, 2004, while in Nicaragua, I tell of receiving news of the tragic murder on May 9, 2004 in Moab, Utah, of my very good friend Walt Pratt . Walt was a really neat guy and wanted so badly to come on this trip with us, but because of recent, expensive dental surgery, felt financially uncomfortable and elected to pass on joining us. Walt, I want you to know you were not forgotten. You were by my side in heart and mind the entire trip. I hope you enjoyed the ride! Your friend, Jim |
